1- PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In accordance with the current legislation, Trending Quality (hereinafter, also referred to as the Website) commits to adopting the necessary technical and organisational measures, as appropriate to the level of security corresponding to the risk of the data collected.

Laws incorporated into this privacy policy

This privacy policy is adapted to current Spanish and European regulations regarding the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it adheres to the following regulations:

    Register of Personal Data

    In compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, we inform you that personal data collected by Trending Quality through forms on its pages will be incorporated and processed in our files for the purpose of facilitating, speeding up, and fulfilling the commitments established between Trending Quality and the User, or maintaining the relationship established in the forms that they fill out, or to respond to a request or inquiry.

    The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Trending Quality is committed to obtaining the User's explicit and verifiable consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

    The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it. As a general rule, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the use of the Website.

    Whenever the User is required or able to provide their data via forms for inquiries, information requests, or matters related to the content of the Website, they will be informed whether the completion of any form is mandatory because the data are essential for the proper development of the operation.

    Only persons over 14 years of age may give their consent for the processing of personal data by Trending Quality in a lawful manner. For those under 14 years of age, the consent of the parents or guardians is required.

    It is necessary that the User has read and agrees with the terms regarding the protection of personal data contained in this Privacy and Cookie Policy, as well as accepts the processing of their personal data so that the Data Controller may proceed in the manner, within the timeframes, and for the purposes indicated.     Trending Quality reserves the right to modify its Privacy and Cookie Policy, at its own discretion, or due to a legislative, jurisprudential, or doctrinal change from the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Changes or updates to this Privacy and Cookie Policy will be explicitly notified to the User.
